1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing xcodefixglobal.com or engaging Xcodefix Global for services or products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Specific engagements are governed by their signed statement of work, proposal or subscription agreement; where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed document prevails.
2. Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and products. You may browse, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it at scale, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to build competing marketing material verbatim.
3. Services engagements
- Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins.
- Security testing (VAPT, code review, red-team exercises) is performed only against systems for which the client has provided written authorisation. You warrant that you own or control every asset you put in scope.
- Compliance consulting supports your certification and audit efforts; certification decisions rest with the relevant certification bodies and auditors, and we do not guarantee third-party outcomes.
- Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property; deliverables transfer as specified in the engagement documents on full payment.
4. Product subscriptions
Our platforms (GRC Compliance Platform, CloudMonitor, Messaging Hub, WSiteMaster, 2FA/OTP API and others) are provided under their own subscription terms, service levels and data-processing agreements presented at sign-up. Messaging products must be used in compliance with applicable telecom regulations, including India's TRAI/DLT framework; unlawful or unsolicited messaging is grounds for immediate suspension.
5. Intellectual property
The Xcodefix name, logo and product names are our marks. Third-party marks referenced on this site — including HL7® and FHIR® (registered trademarks of Health Level Seven International), AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and others — belong to their respective owners; references are descriptive and do not imply endorsement, certification or partnership unless expressly stated.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use our website, products or services to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, send spam, or attempt unauthorised access to any system. Security research against our own systems is welcome only through responsible disclosure to info@xcodefixglobal.com.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is". While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that site content is error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice; compliance information is professional guidance, not a substitute for counsel.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xcodefix Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from paid engagements is governed by, and capped as stated in, the applicable signed agreement.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable to Xcodefix Inc's place of incorporation (Delaware, USA) unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise. Engagement-specific agreements state their own governing law and dispute-resolution process.
